I am proud of how hard I am trying. I am proud of how hard I am trying to improve my career, my body. I am proud of how patient I am trying. I am proud of trying.
I am who I need to be in this moment.
-I am rich. My inner world is rich. My outer world is rich. There is nothing that I really need, I don’t have currently. I am grateful for the things I am given for granted. I am grateful for the everyday bless of being alive.
-I am growing. I am grateful for being given that opportunity to grow and evolve and be aware at this certain point of my life.
-I am love. I accept love. I radiate love. I can understand love. I can do actions based on love. I can teach love. I eat with love. I talk with love. I exercise with love. I travel with love. I feel gratitude with love.

Grateful for today. Grateful for my yummy breakfast. Grateful for the next full of gratitude minutes. Grateful for my morning fasted workout.
Grateful for safe travels.
Grateful for water.
Grateful for hot beverages.
Grateful for the gift of seeing, listening,thinking.
Grateful for creating my own happiness by accepting every part of myself with unconditional love.
I accept my flows with unconditional love. I accept my anxiety, depression with unconditional love. Grateful for being given the gift and bless of taking choices of maturity like choosing to learn from my mistakes by being aware of them, and try not to make them again. At the end somethings will cease to exist, and other things will grow in me. Grateful for the bless of growth.
Love over fear.
Love the last rep of my workout, instead of fear of failure.
Love asking myself provoking questions instead of fear, repress.
Love confronting some friends with truths about our relationships, instead of fear of losing them, or they getting me wrong.
Love for today, instead of fear from yesterday or tomorrow.
Love for knowing myself, instead of fear from what I would know!
Love for knowing new people, love for being vulnerable ،instead of fear of not fitting in.

Gratitude journal
▶️I am grateful for all the things I already have in my life yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Grateful for waking up today. Grateful for things made for me to wake my body, and my mind as well, like yoga and hiit.
Grateful for yesterday. Grateful for for the medicine available in the pharmacy to help me get over cold and flu.
Grateful for getting the opportunity to get vaccinated in two days.

▶️Grateful for my cheat days, and the opportunity to indulge myself from time to time.
▶️ Grateful for Franz Schubert, not only for his great piano works, but also for his marvelous 9 symphonies.
▶️Grateful for living in a big city, which make it entertaining to spend my free time in different places every weekend.

▶️ Grateful for not hurting my shoulder during my last workout.
▶️Grateful for having the best day in my life every day as I do what I am supposed to do, and sleep soundly, I couldn’t ask for more.

I am worthy of helpful people, I am grateful for my who supports me in my decisions , my friends who help me grow by building me up or by tearing me down.
▶️ helpful thoughts, I am grateful for books, YouTube videos, podcasts, apps, courses, reflecting on the daily life experiences and trying to understand the one’s self, trying to find meaning.
▶️helpful feelings, I am grateful for understanding that how I feel is not who I am, but it helps me understand who I am by understanding my triggers. What really makes me happy is not doing happy activities, but by being there when I do anything. BEING THERE. I feel bored when I am not liking being there, when I am not aligned, my mind is not aligned with what my body do, so I would feel disconnected, I would feel inferior for an hour or two, for a night, for a week, but not for my whole life. Today I will feel grounded, I will feel hungry and eat with a smiley face and satisfied mind. I will feel tired and sleep soundly after doing my chores. I will work and have my breaks.
▶️ helpful music, I am grateful for finding the music that opens new realms fory heart and soul. I am grateful for touching new skies with new sets of colors through music. Chopin take me in strolls around old streets at 5 Am and not just that but by grabing my hands and pointing by the other hand to a certain window,he keeps whispering i knew they are awake, just feel them.. I taste the hope behind the doors, the prayers in people’s slow heart beats at this early hour wishing themselves a good day..a good life and remarkable moments.

▶️Grateful for my resilience and strength, I know I can survive and thrive.

I am grateful for looking good. I had this short and those pants for a long time, but never wore them together, so my old clothes still give me creative looks every time.
2 things I am grateful for this year :
I still have a job. My parent’s wellbeing.
3 things I am grateful for this month :
It has a vacation at the end of it, so I am privileged to take 2 days off . I am going to meet one my university colleagues, it has been long time since we met, so I anticipate a lot of amazing things to be shared.
It is summer, and for me it is a celebration of high temperature and light clothes .
4 things I am grateful for in my mother :
I am grateful for all the times she’s stranded by me when I was sick. I am grateful for all the times she cleaned the house. I am grateful for all the times she cooked my favorite meal for me. I am grateful for all the nights she stranded by me while I was studying late.

Today I am grateful for believing that all the good things are now flowing into my life. Grateful for my body transformation. Grateful for my job. Grateful for a powerful mindset change in a lot of major aspects in my life.
Grateful for yesterday. Grateful for moments of deep reflection during the day. Grateful for giving my body and mind time to rest. Grateful for having the most delicious meals prepared for the week. Today I am grateful for learning that biblical truth, which says that one can build a house of wisdom by saying only what is helpful for building others up. God help me so that my mouth don’t lash out with pride.
Today I am grateful for the sweet melody of Mozart’s piano concerto no 20 which made me smile. Grateful for the serenity, peace I find in listening to classical music.
Grateful for being able to do a 15 minutes of high intensity interval training this morning.

+ Grateful for learning how to listen to my soul.
My soul voice would be like :
– Do that certain thing, take that decision it is the right one. Don’t be afraid of being wrong, anyway you will learn something.
– Try to help her ( my mother) by putting yourself into her shoes, instead of blaming her.
– Don’t spend your time with that certain person, he is harming himself, so he definitely will be the same to you.
– This friend need help, advice, give it to him, but choose the right time,the right words.
– This friend won’t listen to you, he is surrounded by his ego. Don’t waste your time trying to change him, change yourself that is the best for now.
– You need to focus in that aspect in your life. You need a partner . You need to enter that challenge. You need to move forward on your life. You will love having children. You will love this life. You will think of new things. You will create a life!
– You need some rest after a long week. You need to chill out.
– You deserve a vacation. You deserve to travel. You deserve to feel this oneness with nature. You are worthy of your quality time. All your time is a quality time. Feel it live it.
– You have to say no. You have to stop them from crossing your boundaries. You can. You are here. You have a voice.
+ Grateful for being able to worship whomever, however I want.
+ Grateful for being able to woke up without immense fear, which allows me to live life.
+ Grateful for time. Learning the value of my time make me use it wisely, and with the right persons.
+ Grateful for having unforgettable moments in my life.
Grateful for the moment when I first time had scuba diving, and saw this underworld, felt the utter silence, and had this ginormous awe.
Grateful for that moment in my grandmother’s funeral, when she was carried from the church, and I was at the door, I burst into tears, and that was the moment I knew that she will never be there again.
Later, years later, may be just now, I pondered that moment. My grandmother’s body have left physically, she is no longer present in our world, but what about the years we spent together!.
The memories, the laughs, the candy she used to give me, her comments on TV series when we were watching the TV together, this all stays here with me. Death is inevitable. I accept it with all its sadness, sorrow, sweet memories, missing, love, blessings.
+ Grateful for having the reasons to be hopeful about the future. Grateful for having the willingness, mindset to work hard towards my goals and dreams . Grateful for having the faith, and the mentality that believes that everything works out for the best. Grateful for being grateful, which allows me to he more aware of my life, take nothing I am aware of for granted, so my life is full of miracles, and I have nothing and everything.

🗯️ Seeing beautiful landscape and buildings nearly every day, because it is the project I am working on, gives me a great deal of joy, awe.
🗯️Working out nearly 5 times per week helps regulate my mood, make me use my after work time efficiently, and helps me grow stronger.
🗯️ Listening to classical music takes me beyond things, beyond emotions, beyond my expectations, beyond my understanding.
🗯️ Preparing my food, cleaning kitchen, cleaning my room, working hard, all the thing that exhaust me physically, but makes my mind clearer!

Grateful for today.
Grateful for having a job that sends me a paycheck regularly, gives me an opportunity to develop friendships, which is a key contributer to a positive work experience. Grateful for the humorous moments that break up the monotony of every day, and help me bond with the coworkers. Grateful for the sense of accomplishment, satisfaction I got after a job well done.
Grateful for the opportunity to share my talents, my uniqueness. Grateful for knowing, in a daily basis, that I am necessary, because my job exists as there is a need to be taken care of that I fill.
Grateful for yesterday. Grateful for for getting to buy fresh groceries. Grateful for my savory post workout meal.
Grateful for having a kind dad, who is ready to do errands for me.
Grateful that I believe that small improvement lead to big results.
Grateful that everything I desire is within me. Peace, beauty, kindness, strength, endurance, mindfulness, serenity, relaxation, health, happiness.
