1. a much appreciated, relaxing weekend
2. text messages that keep me connected to my loved ones when they are not with me.
3. chores completed with quiet time afterwards for me
4. clean sheets, warm pjs my favorite pillow…. sometimes it’s the little things folks

4. my family is healthy, happy and well and I am grateful

6. chili in one pot and potato soup in another, no cooking for the next couple of days….oh yeah
7. texting with a friend, the comfort of long term friendships
8. enjoying my pauses

1. waking feeling rested
2. a day of no plans…no where to go, nothing to do
3. down time, just being able to nothing for a few hours
4. releasing old patterns that no longer serve me
5. personal inner growth
6. being a little more disciplined about healthy eating
7. quality time with hubby
8. my family…. we love, we respect, we share and we care
