Bone weary Wednesday

1. Knowing when you are too tired and passing on something that would be  fun but isn’t essential.

2. Letting myself heal and rest after weeks of pushing.

3. Bones and mobility

4. Realizing everything you’ve learned becomes a reference for what your life’s responsibilities are

5. Going to bed in the morning when you haven’t slept well the night before

6. Finding the common part we have with all people

7. The last  few pages of a good book.

8. Remembering to smile and laugh

9. Energy is wasted on the young

10. Good Morning! Good night! Good List!
