Carol L’s story today about anger.  A blind man was beating his seeing eye dog with a cane.  Carol went and told him to stop.  His response was not kind.  When Carol told the story to Louise, her mentor, the latter said, is your anger out of love for the dog or hatred for the man? So is anger a useless emotion or can it be directed toward an appropriate end?

6.And there are more, I read so much every day that feeds me, that I want to put into action, and it is beyond me to acknowledge everyone’s generosity, fullness of life, fullness of people, open hearts, open minds, reminders to be grateful, gratitude in action
