Back to Gratitude

1.  all signs point the need to get back to basics – acts of gratitude

2.  finding my way back to peace and joy

3.  thankful for my familiar yoga students and my wonderful teacher who continues to discuss the importance of gratitude

4.  waking up in the night and starting with A– thoughts of gratitude; a good way to practice gratitude  and to fall asleep

5.  looking inward to identify the next step in my journey

6.  enjoying the bright yellow mums

7.  many yellow and pink buds on my rosebush

8.  my best friend Karen who continues to teach and show kindness and love

9.  wisdom from the book Carol recommended – Broken promises

10.  Thankful for the gift of yet another day – how we see the day and our experiences are all about maintaining and Attitude of Gratitude.  thank you for his website and its’ creator, Belle.  Love to you.

  1. Rose, what a great idea!…starting with A for gratitude thankfulness…I’ve tried other things, prayer, and thinking of pleasant things (and they work) but I’m definitely going to use your suggestion!
