Breath Gratitude

  1. Boundaries
  2. Grounding
  3. Being true to what I really want and need
  4. Noticing 
  5. Not telling old stories 
  6. Returning to the peace of this moment, over and over again
  7. Not worrying about whether or not I was present in the moment before this one
  8. Taking things one step at a time, one moment, one breath. This is all there is.
  9. Gratitude. Oh blessed gratitude!
  10. Breath.
