I second Ruth! Plus walking someone who asks for directions is so incredibly kind. I asked a librarian recently where they moved a section of books, and he got up from his desk and walked me a mere 20 feet to the new section, he could’ve so easily just pointed (literally over his shoulder) but didn’t. Love that.
