Air

  1. This week, the Goodyear blimp went over our house so close you could see the flag flying underneath (hubby said 100′!). Carol says seeing the Blimp is good luck.
  2. Tonight, a hot-air balloon went past our house so close we could see the passengers in the basket! It was a huge wall of color in the sky…unfortunately looked like they were trying hard to not be so low
  3. Went to thr Randolph Fair today, and the Montana girl in me loved seeing the 4-H animals
  4. Found out our front-door neighbor homeschools!  As will we.
  5. Reading so many excellent books right now, but Ben Hewitt’s Saved is my favorite
  6. Sleeping babies when they happen to sleep at the same time (YAY)
  7. Sore feet from walking. I LOVE walking

  • Watching the awesome sunrise…first the slight orange peeking over the eastern mountains and then the bright light as it appears over the mountains
  • Seeing more vehicles from states we rarely see: New Hampshire! wow! …  PA …  Kansas  …  New York  …  Arkansas
  • Observing a third convertible this summer…a cutzie bright yellow Mustang…fun!
  • GSon and family vacationing at Cannon Beach, OR…nice!
  • Barbara’s friend from Dudley, England, who visits each year

  • Osprey nest on a cell tower…they arrive in April to raise new chicks and return south for the winter :)
  • Son and dil loving their airplane…flying to a small town early in a.m. for breakfast…fun!
