I’m OK

Yesterday at work I received an electric shock when moving a floor lamp in a wet basement corner. Just didn’t think!

The shock of being shocked. The odd sensation of not being able to let go! The relief when the lamp was  unplugged.

The concern of the lady who witnessed it and saved me.

The bluster of her husband ,bluster is a language of caring.

What if?

Checking the Internet to see if I needed medical attention. Such valuable info we have at our fingertips.

The caring and advice of my friends at a meeting last night.

Do not take a single breath for granted things can change in an instant.
