Give me the simple life

Watching Steph walking down the street walking  Van Gogh. Though she works soon she knows he loves it.

I love the beast and the Beastly.

I walked him last night and he didn’t pull or rush. Steph said he knows I’m “frail.”

Grateful I’m not frail. These shoulders are physically and emotionally strong.

I do not count steps because I go by my energy. I work . I rest.  I do.

Able to help a friend clean her house for company. Willing and able.

Working on the logistics of the Worship service in October. Thank you Chuck for your input.

Trying to edit my prayer is harder than these lists. I have numerous false starts on my laptop.

Back to gluten free today. I love dumplings. They don’t like me.

Thank you for my simple fulfilling gluten free life.
