I saw the sunrise. I laid there with Hubby and the dog snoring . The cat was watching me lest I make a move towards the door.It was a precious moment.

Time to organize my thoughts for the prayers in next week’s service. I could take a half an hour to explain myself  but I want to do it it in fifty words or less.

Tremendous musical program yesterday. The choir sang, the people sang and the organ sang softly at times and assertively at others.It talked to the brass. It even danced a jig. Incredible!

Back on the wagon today. I will choose well in my food and activity. Just typed through water exercise time. Progress is slow!

Time to organize  my October calendar. Schedule some fun.
