Single Standard.

®️Seize the day.
I am grateful that yesterday i proved to myself that I am stronger than my negative thoughts.
– fighting procrastination.
– finding joy in simple meaningful actions, activities.

®️Non judging mindset. I found that i judge others by their actions,while i judge myself inwardly(by my intensions). I am grateful that i came to conclusion that it is better to ficus on my own progress, my own actions ( Being single standard instead of being double standard)

®️ Cleaning as a meditative exercise.
®️ My Smart watch and the breathing exercise that gives me opportunity throughout the day to have some me time.
®️ Washing my puffer Jacket at home.

®️ A couple of laughs before going to sleep while watching Sienfield.

®️ My friend who was extremely ill, and getting better now.

®️ My mom’s prayers for me.

®️My efforts towards improving myself.

®️Listening to Eminem while exercising.

®️ The privilege of  being a classical music enthusiast.
