Single Standard.

®️Seize the day.
I am grateful that yesterday i proved to myself that I am stronger than my negative thoughts.
– fighting procrastination.
– finding joy in simple meaningful actions, activities.

®️Non judging mindset. I found that i judge others by their actions,while i judge myself inwardly(by my intensions). I am grateful that i came to conclusion that it is better to ficus on my own progress, my own actions ( Being single standard instead of being double standard)

®️ Cleaning as a meditative exercise.
®️ My Smart watch and the breathing exercise that gives me opportunity throughout the day to have some me time.
®️ Washing my puffer Jacket at home.

®️ A couple of laughs before going to sleep while watching Sienfield.

®️ My friend who was extremely ill, and getting better now.

®️ My mom’s prayers for me.

Gratitude journal

Grateful for yesterday.
I was productive and did all I can do to make the day work for the best. Grateful for all the positive events that helped me accomplish what I wanted to do.

I gave myself the rest I needed.

Grateful for today.

I am thinking positively about the day and I am excited about it.

Things I appreciate having in my life :
Hot showers.
Lip palm.
Frying pan.
Comfortable shoes.

Grateful for quality time with my peers at work. Grateful for the fun we have when we share a laugh or a story.

Gratitude journal

+Today I remind myself that  I can only cope with things when they are pres­ent, not before they occur. And that the present always gives me the resources and the energy I need to deal with them.

+I am grateful for for the things I coped with positively when they were present only, not before this. I am grateful for the chance to evolve.

=I am grateful for seeing sky and clouds from my ofiice’s window.

+I am grateful for new beginnings. I am grateful for new friendships.

+Grateful for my parents who are so simple and kind, that they gave me some money to buy myself a birthday gift as they were afraid they get something I didn’t want.

+Grateful for the quality time I spent with my grandmother this weekend. Grateful for the shared memories we have, as they gave our relationship more intimacy and depth. Grateful for the appreciation I have for the role of the of her in my life, in the simplest ways, like preparing unforgettable meal for me.

+Grateful for the fun I had while watching movies with my parents. Grateful for this moment when we all were in tears while watching the Italian ‘ Cinema Paradiso’https://boxd.it/1UlA. Meditations in a birthday

Grateful for today.

Today is my birthday. I lived well and sound for 32 years.

I am getting older, but wiser and happier.

I am educating myself the value of pain and the beauty of things happening. I am teaching myself lessons about patience, and I am listening to the sound of time passing.

I am mulling over the essence of being without disturbing the euphoric presence of actual life. I am trying
trying
trying
To lose myself hundreds of times before I accidentally find it.

My body is getting leaner. My senses are getting sharper. The relams beyond music are my lands, and the feelings between notes are my flowers.

Keeping the faith

Grateful for today. I am able to create new things like adding Fava beans to one of my meals, and eating strawberry with my breakfast. Grateful for yesterday’s workout which was vigorous, yet simple and kind. Grateful that today my validation comes from myself

Grateful for starting again, starting slowly, just starting.

Gratitude journal

Three completely  new things I have done yesterday :

– A walk by the sea, which I currently live near by but never had the chance to check it out. I am grateful, happy I could do it, it was an out of my comfort zone thing.
– cooking chicken liver and improvising a new recipe. I am grateful for being able to- spontaneously and with harming my diet-indulge  myself
– Watching a marvel DC movie fo the first time in a long while. I am grateful for the effort those film makers do to make the most awe experience for the viewer. I am grateful fine acting, beautiful actors, powerful soundtracks.

Three completely new things I am looking forward to do today :
– Returning back to my workout routine.
– new book to read today
– talking over phone  with  a friend I recently met

Gratitude journal

Grateful for yesterday. Grateful for starting to exercise again after long time of procrastinating. Grateful for my healthy body. Grateful for my healthy meals. Grateful for having a job.



Grateful for today. Grateful for having a good night’s sleep. Grateful for the gift of listening to music through phones. I am worthy to live today.


Grateful for tomorrow. Grateful for another day to live. Grateful for another positive experience in my life. Grateful for another lesson to be learned.


Grateful for last weekend. Grateful  for having rest. Grateful for friends, coworkers who asked about me when I was ill. Grateful for the fun tune I had watching some movies while resting at home.

 I am able to say I am sorry.

I am sorry to the people I put down, or say rude things to(including myself).

I am sorry for the people I could help, but I didn’t ( including myself).

I am sorry for the people I manipulated and betrayed ( including myself).

I am sorry for the people I didn’t respect their privacy, feelings.

 I am able to say I am not sorry.

I am not sorry for the people I let go.

Not talked about senses..

I am grateful for my senses ( hearing, tasting, smelling, seeing, touching)

-Balance and acceleration. I am grateful I can attain postural equilibrium and balance.
Grateful for my organ of equilibrioception and which is on both of my inner ears.

– Temperature. Grateful for the specialized receptors for cold and for heat in my skin.

– kinesthetic Sense which provides my parietal cortex of the brain with the relative positions of the parts of the body.

– pain. Pain receptors like cutaneous (skin), somatic(joints and bones) and visceral ( body organs).

-Time. How I perceive and experience the passage of time

Today I am turning down the volume of negativity in my life. Grateful for my mistaken decisions, because they tought me how to take wise decisions and value them. Grateful for my attitude of gratitude.

Grateful for today. I woke up today happy, healthy, wealthy, worthy, beautiful, confident, courageous, loved, excited about today.

Grateful that I can cook for myself. Grateful for my diet. Grateful for my body. Grateful for my mind. Grateful for my workouts. Grateful for my endeavors to be better, because they give me the opportunity to be thankful for things I have never imagined.

Grateful for my workout clothes. Grateful fir the near by gym. Grateful fir the near by supermarket,grocery store.

Grateful for the things that makes my life easier. Grateful for internet. Grateful for means of transportation. Grateful for shoes. Grateful for coats. Grateful for underwear.
